Job Title: Children’s Art Studio Assistant

Position Summary:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing, and creative individual to join our team as a Studio Assistant. In this role, you manage the studio and help facilitate engaging art experiences for children. You’ll interact with kids and their caregivers, help maintain a welcoming studio environment, and be an essential part of our creative team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet children and families, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

  • Take payments with terminal or via QR code or cash

  • Answer phone and Instagram inquiries for information

  • Setting up and cleaning up art stations and materials.

  • Lead the workshop and occasionally help during events ( Birthdays) by engaging with children and encouraging their creativity.

  • Chat with parents and caregivers, answering questions about the studio offerings.

  • Help keep the studio organized, safe, and well-stocked.

  • Contribute ideas for new activities or studio improvements.

  • Responsible, dependable, and able to take initiative when needed.

  • Creative mindset with an appreciation for art and imaginative play.

  • Strong team player who enjoys collaborating with others in a dynamic environment.

  • Ability to multitask and stay calm in a lively, sometimes messy setting.

Languages:

·      Czech: B2 or higher

·      English B2 or higher

 

 

 

Preferred (but not required):

  • Experience working with children in an educational, recreational, or artistic setting.

  • Background in art, early childhood education, or related field.

 

Work hours:

10:00-17:30

 

Available days:

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
